It’s extremely easy to set up and cancel or adjust your order frequency at any time. Just follow the 3 simple steps below.
Step 1 - Shop
Click through our store categories to find the product you would like to put on auto delivery.
Step 2 - Select Auto Delivery Frequency
Before you click “add to cart”, you’ll see a box just above offering a choice of frequencies. Select which delivery frequency you’d like, for example, would you like a 6 pack of your pet’s flea treatments delivered every 6 months. Once you select this option the pricing will be discounted. Select “add to cart” and proceed to the checkout when you’ve finished shopping.
You’re done! Sit back and relax and wait for your order to arrive. Our wonderful team will ensure your orders arrive at your chosen frequency like clockwork!
FAQ
How much do I save by ordering my pet’s items on Auto Delivery rather than making a one-time-purchase?
It depends on the products you choose. Discounts on selected pet supplies and products can be up to 15%. Over time it works out to be a big saving on our already discounted products.
What products do you have Auto Delivery options for?
Auto Delivery is offered on products that we know to be repeat purchases such as pet food, medications and treatments, dietary supplements, waste bags.
What if I want to check what Auto Delivery orders are currently on my account?
What if I want to cancel, pause them temporarily, or change the delivery frequency for my order?
Not a problem! Simply click on your account and then choose Auto Delivery Schedules. From this page you can review, pause, cancel, and change any of your Auto Delivery orders. Easy!!
If I sign up am I locked into a contract?
The answer is no. Cancel your repeat deliveries at any time. Make sure you cancel your Auto Delivery for that item scheduled before we send out your next order.
